The two guys who turned up were punctual, polite, courteous and able to quickly grasp what needed doing. They had all the correct kit and got on with it. It was a marvel watching them go to work and they engaged with my two year old who was loving the excitement of ‘the man in the tree’. The price was as agreed, the date was as agreed and there was minimal input from me on the day. They’ve done an excellent job. I’d recommend this firm highly.
